Rates are based on 4 occupants. There is a $10.00 per night charge for each additional person. Day visitors and overnight guests must be registered with the office. A $10.00 per person per day/night fee applies.

November 1 to March 1 we offer weekly and monthly rates for RV sites. Monthly stays require contacting our office at 828.686.4258.  We do not offer seasonal rates. 

• Rates are valid for the current session only and are not guaranteed until the booking is complete.
• Rates for RV sites range from $75.00 to $200.00 and vary based on occupancy, location and amenities.
• Rates for cabins and safari tents range from $125.oo to $225.00 per night and vary based on occupancy.

All reservations require non-refundable payment in full. See our cancellation and refund policy for more information. The reservation fee includes RezGuard for daily/weekly RV sites and lodging. Additional sites on the same reservation require one (1) additional RezGuard selection. RezGuard does not apply to monthly RV stays.
